March Meeting Notes

Our March meeting was yesterday, and here are the notes:

Congressional Howlers - In the spirit of the HPA's We Are The Districts campaign, we wrote Congressional Howlers in support of a higher minimum wage.  If you couldn't make it to the meeting but would like to write some Howlers at home, the letterhead is here (https://docs.google.com/a/thehpalliance.org/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=dGhlaHBhbGxpYW5jZS5vcmd8Y2hhcHRlcnNyZXNvdXJjZXN8Z3g6M2IwNzliMzhiZjUwZmI4ZQ), and you can find who to write to and the addresses here (

Accio Books - Accio Books, the HPA's annual book drive, kicks off in April, so it is right around the corner!  If you are interested in collecting and donating books locally, please e-mail danielleg@thehpalliance.org.

Next Meeting - Our next meeting will be Saturday April 12.
