Our June meeting was yesterday, and here is what we discussed:
Chapter Knitting Projects - We are knitting snuggles for the Snuggles Project (http://www.snugglesproject.org/) and afghan squares for Warm Up America (http://www.warmupamerica.org/). We have set an end of summer deadline for this.
Fundraising - We are going to be doing some fundraising for the HPA in the fall. We will (hopefully) be participating in craft fairs as well as doing a change drive.
Wizard Rock The Vote - If you are interested in registering voters at wizard rock concerts this summer, please let me know, and I can pass on your contact information appropriately!
Accio Books - Accio Books will be running from mid August through the end of September this year. This is always a great campaign. We are brainstorming and gearing up for this!
July Meeting - Our next meeting will be Saturday July 7th.
